Never Stop Performing Sports will be renting out MAP BOARDS for all the adventure racers out there. Racing with a map board on your bicycle makes it so much easier to navigate without having to hold the Google map in your hand, mouth or even put it down your pants. Rental cost: R150 per map board per 1-day race. Remember, only the navigator has to rent one which means it works out only R75pp if your 2-man team divides it by 2

BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER, YOU ARE AFFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS.
These Event Rules & Regulations will also be signed by all team members (and a legal guardian in case of a child of 18 years and younger) at the on-the-day registration.

Included in your entry fee: a well organised 25km adventure race, use of a stable 2-seater Fluid Synergy kayak and paddles, a finishers medal & lots of FUN!

Please make an EFT payment directly from your online bank account into the bank account below (the bank details will also be e-mailed to you). NO direct deposits accepted.
Please use your 'Team name' & '16 April' as reference.

We will send you a confirmation letter (please print this confirmation letter and bring it with you to the race or save it on your phone) to confirm your entry within 72hrs. If you haven’t received your confirmation letter you are NOT entered - please make sure that we have received your booking form and payment. -

Postponement of races due to lockdown regulations:
Should a race be postponed due to lockdown regulations, all entries will automatically be transferred to the immediate next Expedition Africa 25km Adventure Race as per the 2023 Year Programme. If you can't attend the next race date you're welcome to send someone in your place by informing us of the replacements' details. NO refunds will be made.
