    BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER, YOU ARE AFFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS.

    These Event Rules & Regulations will also be signed by all team members (and a legal guardian in case of a child of 18 years and younger) at the on-the-day registration.

    ENTRY FEES:

    25km Adventure Race:
    > R770 per team of 2
    >R550 per team of 2 if anyone from your team participated in the 60km event

    Included in your entry fee: a well organised 25km adventure race, use of a stable 2-seater Fluid Synergy kayak and paddles, a finishers medal & lots of FUN!

    We will send you a confirmation letter (please print this confirmation letter and bring it with you to the race or save it on your phone) to confirm your entry within 72hrs. If you haven’t received your confirmation letter you are NOT entered - please make sure that we have received your booking form and payment. - Please make contact if you don't receive letter within 48 hours.....

    Postponement of races due to lockdown regulations:
    Should a race be postponed due to lockdown regulations, all entries will automatically be transferred to the immediate next Expedition Africa 25km Adventure Race as per the 2024 Year Programme. If you can't attend the next race date you're welcome to send someone in your place by informing us of the replacements' details. NO refunds will be made.
