Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorised employees within NSP Sports will have access to your information.

Monthly fee:
 
R600 per month.
 
Please note that we need 1 months’ notice should you want to stop the lessons. 1 Months fee will be charged to your account should you not give 1 months’ notice. All fees must be paid up to join the academy again should you take a break from the academy.
 
Catch up lessons:
You will only be allowed 1 catch up lesson per month. Should you not attend a lesson without notice, that lesson will be forfeited.
Should you miss more than 1 lesson per month, ONLY 1 LESSON will be allowed to be caught up.
ONLY under extreme circumstances we will allow more than 1 catch up lesson, but that should be communicated to us.
Should you go away during holidays, those lessons will not be eligible to be caught up.

 
Weekly Sessions

• All payments for weekly sessions must be made in advance. Invoice for weekly session will be sent out on the 21st of each month for the month to follow
• Payments MUST be paid before the 7th day in the month you are doing the sessions
• No Session will be attended if payment has NOT been made.
• 1 Month paying notice must be given for all weekly sessions
• Should you decide not to pay the notice month payment, you will not be able to join the academy again unless you pay the outstanding notice month amount.
• Only 1 catch up lesson per month is allowed and should be arranged within that month
• No transfer of sessions to the next month
• NSP Sports will be open from January to November. 
• The onus is on you to be at the sessions or do the 1 catch up lesson otherwise you will loose those lessons
• Our lessons are based on 1 lesson per week for the monthly fee. No double up lessons on a day.
• We will have NO sessions on public holidays.
• NSP Sports and Midstream Action Sports can not be held liable for any injury, loss or death.
• If you have decided to join for a month and want to stop, you will be liable for the full months payment, regardless of sickness, injury or Covid 19. This includes the notice month.
